So, there's this girl I met at freshman orientation last week that is really, really gorgeous and has a wonderful personality! This is the first time I've liked a girl this quickly (normally for me, it takes a while before I like any girl). Since I don't know her all too well, but expect to be seeing her a lot in classes this next year (we're both in the same major), how should I go about asking her to a date, etc etc? Thanks!

Maybe you can approach her by discussing your same major or something about class. Its actually easier if you have the same interests (e.g. your majors) and you could easily ask her if she had any free time after class and maybe head to student union and grab a sandwich or something. First of all, yay red sox! lol ok done with that.
I'd probably just talk to her a bit at first, you know, double check she's single and everything. Then when it's right, ask her out. Red Sox fans should never come off desperate unless its for tickets. GOOD LUCK!
