how do you get those loose wavy curls?

I have this ugly wavy kinda hair so i straighten it everyday...anyways i really want light wavy hair kind of like hillary duff(sounds kinda cheesy). and i dont want to spend a whole bunch of money...would big rollers work??? please i need some ideas.

An easy way would be to braid your hair while it is damp and then sleep in it. The braids will cause your hair to dry in a curl shape.

Big rollers are likely to add body but not give that much of a wave.

Another option is to use a curling iron in whatever size you wish. Just separate hair into small sections to curl.

rollers are a pain but you can get curling irons in different sizes. If you want those super big curls you gotta use rollers.
Go to a beauty supply store and see what they have. Also if you set it by spraying some INFUSIUM on your hair before it will keep the curls smooth and hold better.
Then dont brush it after curls are set, pull you rfingers thru it instead.

try putting your hair in a rope braid while it's damp and letting it dty like that. that's what i do. you could try making a bunch of braid and rolling 'em up with pipe cleaners.
