I have a 1 year old son with a very abusive man. He is recently out of jail and is back to his old ways. I know the best thing for me and my son is to relocate. But I dont have the money are there any goverment agency that could help. I honestly fear for our safty if we stay in this town.

Call the Department of Human Services, or the Department of Family and Social Services, in Your area, they should be able to give You some information about how to go about relocating, and possibly assist You. Here is a 1-800# for Human Resources

1-800-799-7233.

contact your local domestic abuse center, a church or even the local red cross or planned parenthood. Any one of these places can get you to the help you need.

i dont know any but you can get a credit card or a loan or ask family and or friends if you are really scared for your saftey that or sell everything except for what you need and or are taking to wherever you move to

Get online and find domestic violence shelter that is near you and they will help relocate you. Get it done secretly and peace be with you.
