I'm specifically looking for door interior and rear interior panneling with small or no speaker screens, meaning that the surface of the panneling would be uniform. I plan to then cut the panneling to the propper size to fit the speaker covers that came with my speakers. Hopefully this will cut down on some of the rattle I hear when my bass hits. Am I better off trying to fabricate said interiors?

I buy all kinds of OEM parts from these guys. You will want to look at the collision catalog. The parts you are looking for are EXPENSIVE though, just a warning.
