i want to try something new maybe eggs benedict or poached eggs will the average breakfast restaurant have something like that?

Where are you located? I am from a small town, and they serve both kinds of eggs -- scrambled and fried. : ) Personally, I like poached eggs, but I imagine I would get a pretty strange look, if not laughter, if I asked for them at the local joint.

Poached eggs are nasty, but any good restaurant should have
Eggs Benedict; they are very good!

Most restaurants I know who have breakfast menus will do any kind of eggs you want,with the exception of fast food outlets.you really only have to ask.

Try them "easy over" with toast to clean your plate. Real good.
