Hi

Check out Weather Underground. Great site for world wide weather stuff.

Expect the weather to be rainy as we are in the rainy season until December. Humidity will also be high, so dress accordingly.

No heavy clothing. Try to use Bermudas, t-shirts, polo shirts, and those type of clothes during the day. Use blue jeans at night if you want to visit a dance club or something like that. Some night clubs won't let men in with shorts or Bermudas. Women can definitely wear skirts anywhere, and in any size. Men should have dress slacks if you plan to dine out.

If you decide to visit the beach or the countryside please use your bug spray.

Enjoy Panama....

If you are going to the coastal areas - where most Panamanians live - the temperature will be in the in high 80s F and it should rain just about everyday; most likely as a huge storm around mid-day, with sunshine in the mornings and afternoons.
If you go to the mountains, it should be a lot cooler, and equally rainy.
Panamanians are much less preoccupied with the weather than people, for example, in the U.S.
Don't expect extensive weather reports in the news, and because of the small size of the country and its varied terrain, it's not likely to be accurate anyway. Go with the flow!
