We are going to Vegas in 1 week for the first time and I want to propose and not knowing the town I need a few ideas of good places to do so...either restaurants(romantic ones) or romantic attractions...like the fountains at the bellagio I think it is .....HELP me please I am desperate......

SO alot of you suggest the fountains, when do they go off? I like the midnight idea. And tell me more about Nob Hill maybe I can start out with dinner there, what kind of food do the serve.......thought about the venetian thing but heard it was a bit cheesy

Nob Hill (a very spendy restaurant) in MGM Grand is a classy, romantic place. Be prepared to spend at least $100 on dinner, more if you drink.
The Venetian has gondola rides, that would be fun AND romantic.
The Bellagio has wonderful restaurants that look out over the fountains, but I don't remember the name(s),

The fountains in front of the Bellagio are pretty, there are also really pretty gardens inside the Bellagio. There are gondola rides at the Venetian, I thought the canals were a little cheesy though...

The stratosphere is an amazing and unforgettable place to propose!!! You can see the entire city of Vegas, but it should be done at night when all the lights are on and when her breath is taken away by the sight of the city lights then that's when you take her breath away by asking the question!!!!!!! I would recommend the Fountains, which you mentioned, or else the top of the Eiffel tower. Do not, re-emphasize, do not go to Circus Circus ;). Good luck!
