I don't know why people think that is attractive. Personally, I don't like tattoos but I have noticed girls getting tattoos on their lower back. Its probably just a statement or something on style right now.

Its like a bulls-eye.. the majority of people that would be looking at that general area (also known as the gurls ***) are guys that are attracted to the gurl so placing a tattoo there lets the guys know that she is a wild one and up for what we all know is on that lookers mind.

Because the ones who do assume you guys want to see it when you take off their pants. Of course, when they wear hip huggers, it becomes an accessory, I think.
