For reasons I won't go into, I know how to make cocaine (and don't ask, I won't tell you how to do it). You can't make cocaine out of household items, least of all sherbet.

There are a few household ingredients used in the distillation process, like battery acid, but they don't make up the narcotic formula.

You have to have the actual coca plant to make cocaine, sorry... and it's illegal to even posess the plant in the United States.

Yes, one gram of sherbet makes 10 grams of cocaine. That's because sherbet grows into cocaine as it melts by cryoxenizing the hyrdogen from the air. So, take one gram of sherbet (btw - it must be cocaine flavored sherbet) and melt it. After it is completely melted, the residual sticky mess should be cocaine. Simply chop it finely with a razor blade and do what you wish with it. Since you have the razor in your hand, perhaps you might want to cut a small gash in your wrist, then gingerly sprinkle the "cocaine" into the wound. That should give you a fast absorbtion time.

Cocaine is a crystalline tropane alkaloid that is obtained from the leaves of the coca plant. It is a stimulant of the central nervous system and an appetite suppressant, creating what has been described as a euphoric sense of happiness and increased energy. Though most often used recreationally for this effect, cocaine is also a topical anesthetic that was used in eye, throat, and nose surgery in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Cocaine can be psychologically addictive, and its possession, cultivation, and distribution is illegal for non-medicinal / non-government sanctioned purposes in virtually all parts of the world. The name comes from the name of the coca plant plus the alkaloid suffix -ine.
