I am so scared of them. They keep appearing to me at night.

Any ghost can be evil not just female ones. Have they tried to harm you? If not then try talking to them, find out what they want. They may be trying to tell you something that will help you in life.

I don't think female ghosts specifically are evil, maybe there are some bad spirits around you who happen to be women...
Tell them to go away, straight up. Tell them you don't want them around you, that you have no use for them. Somehow this seems to help.

They may be if you are scared of them but no more than male ghosts. I would suggest moving somewhere else for your peace of mind.

there is no such thing as "ghosts". there are spirits but you cannot see them. you have been watching too many horror movies.
