"Switch" your mouse configuration: If you are right-handed, start using your mouse with your left hand (swap the buttons too :) ) Vice versa if you are left-handed.
Then, every hour or so, flip your hands over and pretend that you are typing (or squeezing) something. Fingers pointing up, not down. You'll notice a difference in a week or so... This stretch should be uncomfortable for a day or so... it means it's working :)
Good luck

Exercising doesn't help you, this is way you have that, to much typing. You need to do a contrast therapy 4 the tendons in your hand. Here is how: 2 container one with cold water an ice the other with hot water put Epsom salt 1 cup put your hand inside the cold first as much as you can the switch to hot when you star feeling the hot switch again a few times this is great staff and you can take ibuprofen or Motrin for pain make sure you eat a banana to protect your stomach liner, rest if you can for a few days .
Former pro soccer player 15 yrs, now i am a pro coach.
I hope you get well ,if you need more help please let me know .

Hold your arm out in front of you. With the other hand, pull against the hand while it is pointing downward, stretching ligaments and muscles for a few seconds. Then with fingertips pointing upwards, pull back against the hand causing more stretching. Repeat on the other side. Do several reps on both sides. You should take regular breaks in addition to doing the stretches. Hope this helps!!!

Exercising doesn't help. You need to rest the tendons as much as you can and you can take ibuprofen/motrin for pain. Use heat alternating with ice will work for pain also. But mainly rest and anti-inflammatorys are what works.

my best well thought would be stretching your back muscles. your back gets stressed out from just siting down or even just being on the couch and not doing nothing. your fingers don't do much work for your body to get rid of all the energy that your body consumes through your meals.

stretching the fingers take two fingers *that are right next to each other* and use u'r other hand to spread them out away from each other. it moves the bones and removes tension from the hand and fingers so they don't get stiff
