can birthmarks appear on a child at 14 months old?

Birthmarks can appear whenever. i got mine when i was 18 months old. No idea why they call them BIRTH marks. My daughter had one a birth and she is 4 now and it is gone.

Birthmarks are colored marks on the skin that are present at birth or develop shortly after birth, so it could be posible.
But it's better to check with a doctor, and the reason is :
The birthmark appear on the child at 14 months old, that means the birthmarks change, and any change in a birthmark need to be checked by a doctor.

My birthmark appeared when I was 5. My mom kept trying to wash it off, thinking it was dirt, but my doctor informed her it was just a birthmark. I'd have it checked out just to make sure, but yes, they can appear at any time.

birthmarks can appear any time over your life my son has had his since birth. it is a light brown eyebrow shape that is actually covered up by his right eyebrow how funny is that

Yes my daughter has one that she had on her arm since birth. And i have had one on my belly that just appeared over time i think it has something to do with the streching and growing of the skin. It is much more likily that a child will get them when they are young.

Skin markings that develop before or shortly after birth
Red skin rashes or lesions
Skin markings that resemble blood vessels
Possible bleeding
Skin that might break open
take the baby to the doctor..

Not that i know of i've only known for babies to get birthmarks at birth!!!!!

(the reason they are called BIRTHMARKS)
my son was just a couple hours old when we spotted a few of his!

my son birth marks, i saw went he's only days from birth color red at the back of his head, after 3 months i saw another 1 at the forehead, i think its normal. the ODs told me i eat something went I'm pregnant that why my baby have a birth marks

Yeah. my Brother Got one when he was much younger than 14 months.
