When i 12 which was a year ago i was up to 135. now i'm 98 lbs and i Iook good!!!!!!!!!

When I was 12 yrs old I weighed 120 lbs. I was a bit too heavy but I was very healthy. It depends on how tall your friend is. Also, muscle weighs more than fat, so your friend might perfect. Good luck.

definition of overweight involves the measurement of height as well.
so if it's proportionate to height (measured by BMI, body mass index)
then she might not be
