I hardly ever yell at him, and I don't think I sneeze very loudly, but it could be he thinks I am yelling at him or it's just a loud noise.

Okay,this is what my dog will do if she hears a weird noise,she will start running around the house,maybe your dog is just afraid of the sound,next time you sneeze hold your dog ( don't sneeze on him / her lol!) but hold and sneeze and show her it's nothking to be afraid of and keep doing that and she probably won't be very scared of the sound the sneezes anymore.

Just how loud do you sneeze? Maybe he thinks your yelling at him

my guess would be that your making sudden movements which might scare him a little.
