I once had a Japanese stepfather and he loved to cook his native foods. Probably the time he made boiled squid with all there heads with the eyes looking up at me from the boiling water was a bit freaky. I did try some....tasted like rubber.

No... by far the WORST ethnic food is Etheopian!
Its family style... which means they plop this big nasty board of what looks like boiled ground meat infront of you with some kind of nasty brown sauce on it. Then you get this bread that is similar to a brittle sponge and you eat right from the pile. Really, its like slopping pigs, its friggen nasty.
You have all heard the term "STARVING ETHEOPIAN"... they arent starving, they just dont wanna eat the food!

Kim Chee is rotten meat, rice,salt Sake put in earthen jars bury for 1 year pour over rice taste like dog chit but "some people" just love it

I work with some Jamaican people and I always ate what they cooked, usually awesome. This time it was cow dick. The sauce that it was in was delicious but the dick itself was boney and rubbery. Yuk

The worst food I ever tried was Vegamite. Those blokes said it was an aquired taste, and oh boy, they were right.

i was recon in the army soo i ate bugs and raw fish and some plants that were smelling bad but squids right up there,, at the kim-chee-chien or Korean resturant

i once had fried bugs at school for a cultural thing. I wouldn't suggest trying it, it's burnt on the outside and then the inside just spills out guts and yeah it's nasty.
