We are indeed worshiping the same God regardless of which of the three aforementioned religions we follow. Surely you're familiar with:
"Those who believe (in the Qur'an), and those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Christians and the Sabians,- any who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve." (Qur'an 2:62)
As Allah is the Arabic term for God (and Arabic Bibles even use Allah where English Bibles use God), as a Christian I also believe the same. Unfortunately, I have met relatively few Christians who believe the same, even though the Bible does not deny this possibility (that I'm aware of)--although it does not offer it either.

Well, seeing as nobody else has mentioned it, some 46% of the world adhere to religions other than the three you mentioned (well, your list might have included Zoroastrians and Baha'i also). Also, untold millions of the 54% who are one of Jewish, Christian or Muslim define God in ways quite differently from scripture (I once read that as many as 40% of American Christians don't believe in a personal God with characteristics as described in the Bible). It still seems like Hell will be a pretty full place...
Alternately, one could look at it like this: who do (human) judges put in jail: people who don't have faith in the justice system or people who commit crimes? Maybe God has said, 'well, I'm unknowable, so I'll decide who goes to Hell based not on what they believe but on how they behave'. After all, God must see that the different religions are all viable ways to lead a good life and there is no objective way to see one as superior to the other. God must also see that religion is 99% the result of the culture you grow up in and the parents who raise you...

"It's not what you have faith in... it's that you have faith." Serendipty from Dogma.
Technically, probably yes they could be the same God under different religions. It's all a matter of what you believe but most "religions" will say you are going to hell for even thinking it. I disagree with judgemental religions and people that aren't open minded... A good example of this would be all those people posting here saying a definete no we don't worship the same God yet they believe in only one God so in their own backasswards way they are admiting there is more than one God out there to be worshipped are they not? Either they are the same or there is many Gods. Also do you think there is a reason the word God in the majority of lanugages is plural?
It doesn't matter if we believe in the same God, have faith that the God or Godess of your choice will take care of your soul in the way they see fit.
And no, if there is only one God he/she wouldn't be happy with all this fighting over him/her, but if there is many they probably planned this as a kind of comedy hour or a test of faith.

I think your last question is the most pertinent:
"Would God be happy with all this fighting over him?"
The Old Testament God does seem to have a penchant for the whole 'fire and brimstone ... smite the enemies of you God" kind of thing. So from a Jewish perspective I'd say yes ... God does like it when people fight over him.
As a Christian, I believe God is more of a direct father figure. He loves us all. All of the fighting we do is an embarrassment to him, I think as a universal parent, he wishes his kids would get along.
I could be wrong, but Muslims have the rules from God. Very clear cut (and a little micromanagement) about what is right and wrong. But I get the feeling that Muslim's don't have the same "immediate" (if that the word to use) relationship with God that Christians have. To Muslims God is kind of an 'absentee landlord'. But at the same time it is still closer to the Christian version of God wanting us to get along.

NO, you do not worship the same God as the Christians and Jews. If you were to actually read the Bible and see how the Character of God, Yahweh, is shown there and compare it to your book you will see that you have been mis-led. Perhaps the people who taught you this believed it and meant well but they were wrong.

There is only ONE God, but it is obvious that the god Muslims worship is not the one the Jews and Christians worship. If you are not worshiping the True God the way He really is and not how you want Him to be, then you worship a lie.

No we do not all worship the same God.
Catholics worship a Trinity God.,for example.
Micah 4:5 - "For all the peoples, for their part, will walk each one in name of its god,but we,for our part, shall walk in the name of Jehovah our God,to time indefinite, even forever."
Jehovah's Witnesses worship Jehovah God,the only true God,the Sovereign Lord of the universe..
Matt.7:13-"Go in through the narrow gate, because broad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction and many are ones going in through it,whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it.
Jesus here clearly shows that not all are worshipping in the way that is acceptable to our Heavenly Father and as a result the majority of mankind will face destruction.

We should all treat each other with respect. However we do not have the same God.
God does not teach one child to sacrifice animals, then teach another not too, and then teach another child that his son (jesus christ) is only a prophet and nothing special. You cannot have one God that required different things from each person. If that was true God would contradict himself every day, or more, with contradictory commandment to different religions.
God is a god of order, not of chaos.
There can only be one god, one religion, one faith.

I do not believe in judging people. I am a Christian so I believe in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Muslims believe in Allah who is not the same God and Jews believe in God the Father.

in a sense it is the same God. but the beliefs based around that are different. such as in Christianity Jesus died and rose again. That is probably the most important fact because you must believe that in order to be saved. You cant do that with Islam because Mohammed was different from Jesus and when he died, he never rose again. As for Jews, they believe the Old Testament of the Bible to be true, but not the new Testament. They dont believe Jesus died and in salvation through grace. As a result they are trying helplessly to work themselves into heaven. The beliefs are different
