I personally think that she should tell him about it. She should let him know that she is still interested. If they were going out for a long time (and nothing serious happened - cheating) usually he will feel the same way so she sould give it a try. If he doesnt like her back, well then she is just back where she started...I mean they were already an ex-couple. So tell her to let him know she is still interested!! GOOD LUCK!!!
