Yes! Nicotine is a naturally occuring substance in all tobacco products. It makes up about 1%-5% of the total tobacco leaves. Since cigars are obviously bigger than cigarettes, they contain more nicotine, but since cigars are meant to be tasted and not inhaled, that is the reason many people believe that they don't contain nicotine.
