Call the city where you live. Most of them have reception halls at their civic center with special rates for residents.

Hey, This is off the question you asked but I am a photographer moving out to Southern California. Where abouts are you located, when is your wedding and are you looking for a cheap photographer? I just started and my name is out here, but since I am moving I would love for my name to be out as a photographer there.

There is a hotel in huntington beach it is on twin dolphin drive i think it is the hilton but my cousin had her reception and wedding ceremony there.
