Are you enjoying this month's articles on Elders and what does that mean to you?
(If you are here to be mean and nasty then go somewhere else because I am not interested and I don't care if you don't like the magazine I only want to know interested people)

impossible_dream: The internet is very dangerous spiritually in the content and the people who use it. The internet is also a modern way of life so unavoidable and Jehovah's Witnesses do have their official website at www.watchtower.org so i don't think they are against the internet but someone of christian standing as them should be very wary of the dangers that they may become exposed to.

didyouhearthatfolks, yes you can obtain the watchtower and awke freely. Please inform your local Kingdom Hall or any one of Jehovah's Witnesses who will be pleased to leave you the magazines.

It is wonderful that the entire congregation gets to participate in a lesson which is telling the elders what they need to do better!

Jehovah's Witnesses certainly are the true religion!

I enjoy reading the watchtowers, also I like them because they also have scriptures so you can look it up.helps understanding the bible.their is a lot of people on here that are so disrespectful, you would think they would have a little respect for others, but they don't even have respect for Jehovah and Jesus more less us.this is about religion questions and answers why can't people be grown ups about it and give respect.or if they can't just go somewhere else and comment or just don't comment at all.I know you can comment what ever you want but come on that is just plan childish and rude!

I personally enjoyed the previous study articles in May that we did.I am finding these ones a little boring.Have to be honest cause Jehovah knows anyway, whats in my heart. But each of us enjoy different topics. They are all a wonderful precious gift from our Creator and I do cherish the spiritual provisions made available to us,its just sometimes I cherish some more than others!

I guess you are the one who asked the other question that got removed. I was answering that! Anyway, I love to read Watchtower and Awake. I just can't get them anymore because I won't join the JW church. I understand they don't want to waste their time and resources, but I believe many of the same things they do and would like some non smothering encouragement. Can I have these books mailed to me, and does it cost anything?

Anyone who chooses can answer any question they want to here on YA. I don't believe in your watchtower or awake magazine but I respect your right to ask questions about them.

I remember reading in the Watchtower about 10 years ago that the internet was too "wordly" and you should stay away from it.... why did it change?

I love them very much... No bound volumes, but a stack a mile high lol. I don't really get them anymore though and they stopped subscriptions awhile back. I wish they hadn't though, as I would have gladly paid for mine!

I really appreciated it, because it reminds you what they do for us. At times it's easy to forget all the hard work that they do, because they don't complain and they don't burden everyone with all they have to do. That's what makes them great :)
Donna-They stop sending them when your subscription runs out. You have to renew it. It doesn't cost a thing.
