You can put a blonde rinse in it. There's no dye in rinses and that will lighten your hair. You can also put lemon juice in your shampoo or conditioner. That will work also. Since it's summer, the sun will help do the job too.

what i use is this stuff at walmart called sun in. if you want a more natual go to the grocery store and buy lemon juice and put it in a spray bottle. then spray it in your hair where you want it to be lighter and sit in the sun. repeat the prosess each day till you reach the desired look. all the lemon juice does is help what the sun does naturally.

Spend a LOT of time in the sun, but use a moisturizer on it to keep it from dehydrating. After all, it is an extension of your skin. Be sure to spend 20 minutes in the sun without sunscreen, and then lather that on to protect your skin from cancer. You'll get your Vitamin D naturally that way, too. When I lived on a tropical island, I was a towhead blonde, because of the sun. When I moved back to the states, my hair changed to dishwater blonde.

I would suggest simply spending time outside. Sunlight alone will lighten your hair. I know this because I spend time working outside, and it greatly lightens my hair.
