Society says that if a woman has sex too soon with a man she will be labeled as a s***. The irony of course is that if a woman reasons that she will get respect from a man by withholding sex he will end up getting frustrated and move on because only doormats put up with prudes. Remember that sex can be a healthy part of a relationship (as long as precautions are taken). It doesn't take years to build up a trust, but no amount of trust is going to get rid of that hard 'first step' in engaging sex for the first time. You just have to trust your instincts and decide whether the man is the type of person that is looking for a relationship or just sex (and no amount of holding back sex is going to change what he wants so that is why it is pointless to try and 'win his heart' by being platonic with a man, deprieving him of sex.)
In other words, YES, provided that you two know what you both want. Sex or a relationship. If one wants sex and the other wants a relationship then it isn't going to happen.

Sure, it is. You probably won't get a second date that way, but at least when you're old and gray you can say you went out with so and so. Remember having sex is the home run, 1st base is a kiss and/or holding hands. Second base is making out. Third base is touching and fondling. Just how many dates do you want with this person?

No if you just met the person because there is a lot of STD's out there but if you known the person for a long time and yall decided to go out on a date for trhe first time and there are strong feelings there then yes but that is the only exception

It is a tough question.
Do you believe in love at first sight. If so, then I would say it is ok to have sex on the first date. But beware... unfortunaly a very % of the guys out there are just looking for fun and pleasure.

It is okay if there are feelings. If it is a date that could lead into something more then I would not, but if it is a date for the sake of dating then let it loose, no need to think you are seeing this doode again.
