If you don't like this guy who asked u out then don't go out with the boy, he will live. Also if u like this hott guy then the only way to even have a chance with him is talk to him and maybe u will have a relationship with him and he will ask u out! On the down side if he doesn't even really know u hows he suppost to relize he likes u! Think about and get up courage and talk to him, but don't act obsessive.

Try to work on getting over your shyness. You could miss out on something by letting fear and hesitation get in the way. But one other thing, the other guy who asked you out could turn out to be the one best suited for you. Don't think just because a guy is "HOT" that they are going to be the best one for you because just as you think he is "HOT", he probably thinks so too, along with other ladies.

NETWORKING....!!! It's just a date!!! not a marriage or commitment OK? It may turn out the guy you like is the other guys best friend, or something. Show the guy you like that you are a desireable woman! Say something to him....He's not gonna bite you! He is just as nervous as you are. Have lunch together. Go out with whomever you want, and save a place in your heart for him.

tell him i dont think it will work out but give him a smile and say we can still be friends and then maybe the next couple of days walk up to your crush or right a note and talk and ask him out when your comfortable then just wait and see what happens.... that way you can still have a chance with your crush and not hurt the others feelings

say "I'm sorry, but I cant go out with you" to the first guy, then ask out the "hot" guy and bring someone else with you to ask him, but YOU do the talking. otherwise, he'll think ur a mute lol
