If you believe her mood swings are abnormally extreme, you could politely suggest getting psychological evaluation. Perhaps talking to a professional in the mental health field could produce some useful help in dealing with the mood changes.

If her mood swings are less intense however, you could try talking to her and finding out what is wrong. It's possible that her behavior is a response to an important concern that needs to be discussed. Talk to her at one of her better moments and find out what is truly behind her emotional instability. Hopefully then you will both be able to effectively address those issues that are possibly contributing to her swings.

Good luck :)

Well is it a monthly thing? You don't give a lot of details here. I mean, if it is around that great time of the month, then I would say, be understanding, patient and supportive. Or you can also make yourself scarce, busy and not available until you know the moodswings will stop once she gets her period. However, if she has daily, hourly, etc moodswings, then I would say she may have more of a problem here of a chemical imbalance and needs help. This isn't something that is going to cure itself. First I would suggest having her get a good physical, to eliminate hormonal problems, then I would have her go to a good psychiatrist, and get properly diagnosed, proper medication and talk therapy!!! There is help out there for her and for you, if you truly care about her then be patient, listen to her, help her as you can, but most of all, be supportive!!! Good luck! I know it isn't easy on either side. : )

That's normal. You need to know that no one is perfect. Also i do believe that you should put God first and then all other things will be added after you passed some tests. Putting God first mean that you either have to let her go or marry her. take my advice.

Allow your woman to "vent" and say what she needs to say without distracting you. Women need to do that...and you don't have to say anything....just be there for her. When it's over, just hug her and tell her it's ok. It's hormones and part of growing up. Roll with the flow, dude.

Swing with her mood. If you know her well enough to know when she is changing, roll with it. Step back to avoid an arguement if you need to. Or tell her to give you a call when she is feeling better.

Whenever she gets moody, ask her if you can get anything for her or do anything for her, and she WILL appreciate it. Trust me. Sometimes we just need cheering up.

Just go with the flow. humor her and compliment her. Don't try to change her.
