Yes- It's called "Indecent Exposure" that's an aoutomatic and can also be classified as "distrbing the peace" in a ddition to Indecent Exposure. An officer just got fired for indecent exposure (flashed some people)

I knew someone who flashed his penis at two girls while he was taking a leak and served 2yrs. So i would'nt do it if you want to serve time in prison.
