I'm not sure the word slutty applies here but will answer to the best of my knowledge. "Talking to a guy" I assume means you want him to actually listen to what you are saying. If you want an intelligent conversation keep him looking you in the eye. If he's worth a gain of salt he will figure out a clever way of seeing you again. An ounce of wondering what's below the neckline is probably worth at least 1 date to him. Keep him guessing what lies beneath - that gives you the upper hand.

It might be a little slutty, but not in a bad way. Almost all girls do it and guys will just like it. Guys usually won´t think of it as slutty, they will just be enjoying it however most girls will think of it as slutty (but that´s cause they´re jealous)

If you've got it, flaunt it. and if you don't got it then get implants ;) just kidding! but honestly, no i don't think it's slutty, but make sure your not relying on you cleavage to hold his interest. And i don't believe for a second that all those nuns, that said yes have never used their cleavage to get something.

not always. every woman likes to show it off with a guy. Plus, guys are attracted to it, so thats why some people do it. So they guy can see how hott you are! Theres nothing wrong with showing it off. Thats like saying its slutty to wear a bikini. See what I mean?
