The question is so generic that it's hard to be specific. Being human means it's always hard to forget but the more important thing is to forgive, whatever it is. The person you have to have confidence in is yourself first be happy with who you are then decide that whatever it is that you have a hard time forgetting isn't worth the time you spend thinking about it. Until you can forgive though you can never get to forget whether or not it's you that you must forgive or another person or persons.
