depends on the kind of people you two are, something like rollerblading or hiking would be really cool. or if you are into more low key stuff make her dinner yourself, or just to a cool spot out of the city. or take her out for ice cream and a walk in the park and then let her fill you in with more of her ideas of what she would like to do afterwards.

Pack a very nice picnic lunch or dinner a blanket maybe some wine , cheese, fruit that is is season. some romantic music and some candles if you pick dinner. Then spend the time talking about the day the food the music and each other. Good luck. One other bring her some flowers .
