For me that is an easy question. I would prefer an ugly guy with stable work. I would want someone who could contribute to the relationship.

The ugly guy with no money can provide you with a secure future. We all get old and the looks will even the playing field eventually. At least by that time you will have a stable family and quite a few possesions and loving memories versus continual hardships and disappointment.
