"Long Life"-长寿(Simplified) 長壽(Traditional)
"Happiness"-幸福(Simplified) 幸福(Traditional)

You may not want to use "long life" and "happiness" in the girl guide convention...They may sound, err, "old". The young girls from the orient nowadays are more into the modern stuff.
You may just want to stick with "Welcome" - 欢è¿.
By the way, is there girl guide in China? I have not heard of it before.

"Happiness" can also be "å¿«æ¨"
In the case of a Girl Guide, I think maybe "å¿«æ¨" is more appropriate.
