Here is my breakfast/dessert smoothie recipe:
*1 small container of fat-free sugar-free yogurt. (Or about 1/2 from a large container)
* medium-sized banana
*frozen fruit mix for smoothies (they usually contain mango, pineapple and strawberries) or frozen blueberries
I use the frozen because it gives the smoothies an icy-cool texture that replaces ice cream which adds too many calories.
*Orange juice and some other tropical fruit juice (Mango and Guava are my favorites)
*Milk (small amount)
*Blend!
Yum! You could add healthy flaxseed or protein powder if you wish.
Keep it fresh, free of artificial ingredients and too many calories!

6oz soy peach yogurt
1 whole peach, sliced
8oz vanilla soy milk
1 TB soy protein powder

That's what I make; I'm a vegetarian. Just substitute regular dairy into it if you're not. Or vary the fruit and yogurts; IE: strawberry yogurt w/ strawberries, blueberry yogurt w/ blueberries, vanilla yogurt w/ any fruit, etc.
