Electronics were sent to Stephen P. LeMay 3420 Ivy Court eagan, Mn. 55123 for 429.99 they took it out of my paypal account I do not know this person and I've never bought anything on ebay. . Remove this from my account and then cancel my account

Better cancel that account fast. If you account is tied to a credit card for payment, call the card's customer service number and file a charge back. They'll show you how. You should get all your money back, unless the person "billing" you can show real reason for charging the money........... but it sure sounds like fraud.
You may want to put a hold on you credit account as well. You need to change all your personal passwords having to do with finance right away.
Also, on the Ebay main page there is a live chat option. (Live help in the upper right corner) Get on that and describe the problem - they're very helpful.

GO TO YOUR ACCT AND MAKE SURE ITS TRUE. DONT USE THE EMAIL YOU RECIEVED TO GET THERE, IT MAY BE A HOAX TO GET YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION, THEY DO THAT ALL THE TIME, NEVER LOG IN FROM ANYTHING BUT THE DIRECT PAY PAL LINK.
