We don’t know all the wisdom behind such order, but there are some surprising studies regarding the number of verses in the surahs (chapters) of Quran.

There are 114 chapters in the Quran.
If you add up all the numbers from 1 to 114, you will get the number of 6555. (FORMULA : [n*(n+1)/2] OR [114*(114+1)/2] = 6555)
And There are 6236 verses in the entire Quran.

Suppose as a matter of curiosity, we add up "chapter number" and "the number of verses within that chapter". e.g. Chapter 1 contain 7 verses. This gives result of 8. and so on. This way we will get the 114 different totals (as there are 114 chapters in Quran). Now if for curiosity we wanted to know how many of them are even numbers and how many of them are odd numbers, we will get the result of 57 EVEN NUMBERS AND 57 ODD NUMBERS. That does not simply occur by Chance.

Furthermore, if you add up all these 57 ODD numbers, you will come up with total of 6555, which is the sum of all the natural numbers from 1 to 114 (Or all the chapter number of the Quran as there are 114 chapters in entire Quran). Moreover, If you add up all of those 57 EVEN Results that comes out to a total of 6236, and that turns out to be the total number of verses in the entire Quran i.e. 6236.

This suggest that this is a plan. and since its not by a human plan, we should conclude that this really is by divine plan, just like the Quran says "The revelation of the Book is from Allah the Exalted in Power, Full of Wisdom." Quran (45:2)

You are right when you say that this does not occur by chance. However, to then assume that just because you see design that it is divine design is quite a leap of logic. I disagree with you.

You are a very good mathmetician - if you would apply such studies to the Word of God, which is the King James Version of the Bible, you would be a very good spirit-filled Chrisitan or at least have the knowledge to accept Christ as your personal savior and Redeemer. Even Satan knows how to add and subtract so as to lead us astray.

I am truly amazed by your question and I could have never done the math. That is very honest.
I will stick with John 3:16=10.
No insult intended seriously!
I wish my children could find an involvement in the Bible like you did in the Quran.

There are similar numerological studies of the Bible and the Torah. You can manipulate numbers with addition and multiplication to say what you want. If this floats your boat, that's fine, but there's nothing in it except someone with waaay too much time on their hands and a calculator.

That is pretty interesting...how did you ever think as to do something like this? (you must have an intelligent mind in order to take a simple thing and turn it into a math problem :)

You're right. Chance would probably include some numerical corrolations just randomly. This is not even one of those.

Yeah, that's pretty cool. I disagree with you though, that was not nessesarily a plan, and if it was, it was definately a human plan.
