Why does my girlfriend weird out when I look at her for longer then 5 seconds when we are just laying there?

We could be just laying in bed and she can either be sleeping or just watching TV and i just like to look at her because she is beautiful and i love her so much.

My experience with this is that she is insecure about herself. Looking at her longer than 5 seconds might give her the idea that you're picking out her flaws, even when you're just admiring her beauty.
