Yes this will be happening in the future.

The European beast power leader will persecute the ones that live by bible principals(Dan.7:21,25 Rev.13:7, 15; 17:6).
In an agreement the beast leader for a time will allow the Jews to start sacrifices in Jerusalem (Dan.9:26-27; 8:11). The beast leader will eventually engage a conflict with the nations of Russia and China that will kill one-third of the human beings(Dan.11:44-45; Rev.9). When these 10 European Nations get revived; they will destroy the religious organization that gave them life
(Rev.17:16-17). That's why Jesus has to come back; to save the world from total destruction. Before his return; there is a 3-1/2yr. Great Tribulation foretold. Most biblical chronologists say it will begin approx. in spring 2015 -2025.

Dude... do you really think we've been running around the past two thousand years with no one continuing the tradition of sacrificing animals to God?

Just because YOU don't do it, doesn't mean no one does it. I've said it before, I'll say it again, the signs of the apocalypse are the signs of the apocalypse because they're things human beings are never going to stop doing.

There will be wars and rumors of wars! Yeah, point to a period in history more than five minutes long where there weren't.

There will be earthquakes and volcanic eruptions! Again, period longer than five minutes where this hasn't been happening, please.

People will turn away from God! Uh-huh... didn't the Romans start feeding Christians to their lions? How far away do you need them to turn? Why do you think all those religious dissenters were driven out of Europe and sent to the United States (or just imprisoned or executed)? Because they thought everyone else had turned away from God, and everyone else thought they had. Been going on forever.

And, in this case, there are always going to be people who pay attention to the Old Testament commandments by God to sacrifice animals to him. There are certainly enough preachers out there crying doom and gloom from the Old Testament as loud as they can. Some of them have to get around to looking at lambs and bulls and thinking about that burning smell being "pleasing to the Lord"... so I can promise if you look closely enough, you'll find there's always been a movement to do that, too.

Take a deep breath, relax, and realize the world isn't coming to an end. =)

Which "they" are you talking about? A daily blood sacrifice? Of human blood? I find that very hard to believe! As to animals being used in sacrificial rituals, I think many religions have had that in their symbolism in the past, but the only one I know that keeps it up now is voodoo.

Actually, any time you have a ritual meal involving meat, the animal that is killed for that meat should be killed with great reverence and according to ritual. Is that the sort of thing you mean? That's not so weird, is it?

The Jews, for example, were instructed to sacrifice a lamb in order to smear their doorways with blood so the angel of death would pass over them in Egypt. Hence the feast of Passover. But that was once, not every day. They also had animal sacrifices in their temple in times long ago, but I don't think that's been done for many a year.

There is no need for a blood sacrifice. Jesus death on the cross 2,000 years ago made atonement for our sins. That's what the blood sacrifices were for in the Old Testament, atonement for sins committed. Once Jesus' blood was shed that put an end to those types of sacrifices.

there was never a blood sacrifice ever in the history of the Church, nor will be any!
