Research and find a book on blue heelers. Also, the dog will not be good around children, it'll growl and try to bite them too.

The best thing to do is get a trainer. This dog will be alot of work, but dont give up on her. The trainer will start the two of you off in basic obedience training. This will give you a better handle on her behavior, create a stronger bond between the two of you and provide 'mental' exercise as well as physical exercise. Then he/she will hone in on aggression problems. This training will take diligence and patience.
Here is a link to a qualified trainer in your area.

Heck, let her bite them, they're men. LOL sorry just couldn't resist that. Anyway, I had a dog like that, tried several things, never was able to stop her. Had to use a muzzle if we were out in public.

Is it all men? I've had rescues who only reacted to certain things. One dog hated any man with a dark beard, blonds were ok. Another hated all men with baseball hats, the rest were ok.
Watch her to see if there are some men that are ok for her. Use them to teach her that all men are not bad.

Australian cattle dogs are known for aggression problems. The best thing to do is get into a obedience class and one that deals with aggressive dogs is best if you can find one. go to the AKC web sight and search dog clubs in your area that offers obed. classes

In the mean time you could have her wear a muzzle. They're not cruel and it will prevent her from biting anyone.
