What do I do with an injured pigeon?

An injured pigeon just seemed to fall from the sky. It has a broken wing...I don't want to touch it, and don't want to leave it on my sidewalk. Who do I call?

unfortunately, it was not injured and that was it's last fight, I called an emergency vet for advice and, they said to take it to the woods so I did, I live in city so I took it to the park.

Find the Nearest Predatorial animal and feed it. a bird with a broken wing probably wont survive on it own. I know ive seen it happen before. Injured bird have a poor survival rate.

Its not really worth trying to take it to the vet unless you want a pet. It will cost you to have a vet fix the wing, and even then it might become dependent on you.

Not to sound mean but there more pigeon in the park, theyre not endangered by any stretch. SO find a cat, falcon, dog, garbage bag, or something.

This actually happened to me last week. I left it the next day all that was left was a pile of feathers. Circle of life my friend, **** happens...

IF, you know how. Put a Splint on it and just Feed and Water the Bird, in a few weeks it may be good to go. You could call the Game and Fish Commission and see if they know someone that can help.

I don't nthink the local SPCA would be interested in treating a pigeon, but try them anyway.

TAKE A BROOM AND DUST PAN, SWEEP IT INTO THE DUST PAN, AND TAKE IT TO THE NEAREST VET
