Not exactly. Most Orthodox churches will allow an already married man to become a priest, but none (so far as I know) will allow a man who is already a priest to get married. Additionally, most Orthodox churches only allow married men to be ordained as a priest if they have been married for some time (traditionally 7 years).

Yep. I know a Catholic who wanted both to be a priest and also to marry his sweetheart. He considered becoming an Orthodox priest so he could marry, then reconvert to Catholicism and thus be allowed to be a married Catholic priest. Finally decided the Church would see through the plan and not allow it, so he got married. Twenty-five years later, they're still happy.
