your ovalating! it like clear mucousy stuff that come out but after it dries it becomes white.

As gross as this sounds, you need to take a good look at it. Does it look like (turn away if you're squeamish) cottage cheese? If so, you probably have a yeast infection. Is it milky white or clear with no noticeable foul odor, then it is something called (I think this is the name) vaginal mucus. It is continuously being created in your vagina to catch bacteria and foreign matter so that you don't get an infection.
If you are unsure then I would suggest seeing a doctor. Leaving a yeast infection for too long can be very bad for women's health. The source below has some good info too.

It's probably a yeast infection. Ancient and honorable remedy: plain yogurt! It turns out the yogurt bacteria just love that yeast, find it a real treat, and eat it up very fast. Get an applicator like the kind used for birth control cream, fill it with plain yogurt, lie down on a towel, and insert it. Then rest for half an hour or more, and when you wash up, you may find it is all cleaned up already. If not, do it again in an hour or two.

You have a vaginal infection. Got to pay a visit to gynecologist ASAP. There is a variety of medications to treat your condition. Don't waste no time and hurry to your doctor. Take care and good luck.

My guess would be yeast infection.

depending on how bad it smells its probably just a normal discharge, it happens between periods. I belive its just your body "slothing" of dead cells in between your "cleansing" which is your menstrual flow. if it smells very bad or has pain to it you need to see a doctor.
