it really actually depends on ur expectations and needs:
If youre taking basic shots, than thats fine
if you are taking things that u willl enlarge or print, i dont really think thats a good choice!
Basically, for me, HONESTLY, i dont think thats too great for a camera, unless its a canon, than u probably wont go wrong!!
dont get a kodak, it will KILL ur picutes!

It depends on what you're using it for. I have a 4.1 and I think it's great. However, the 5 and 6 pixel cameras are coming down on price. You may want to check out Best Buy for a good camera.

i had a sony 3.2 mp for the longest time. it was a nice camera for basic needs, like sharing over the internet and keeping in touch but for printing, choose somethine greaterthan or equal to a 4.0 . you will be able to get a nice 4x6 or 5x7 out of that.
i have a Nikon Coolpix 5600 and it's a 5.0 mp but the 5x7 are uncompareable to the 3.2 mp Sony. Nikon's non-flash pictures are for the birds, but definitely a Sony 4/5 mp should do it
Hope i Helped, Gina

for daily use a 3.2 megapixel camera is fine. However if you want to enlarge your photos, or print poster sized images, you will need a camera that can take at least 4 megapixels. But otherwise a 3 megapix camera is perfect for day-to-day use.

It is good for basic snapshots, but if you try to enlarge your photos, bigger than an average snap shot, your photos will not come out looking that good.
