what you are doing now is good ( I mean the Internet) because you need a break from studying now if you finished your studying use the Internet for an hour then take a shower then go to bed I wish you good luck

Wow. You can take a 10 minute shower and put on your Pijamas it will calm you, then go to sleep feeling fresh. Good luck on the test.

get off teh computer go get sum benadryl or tylenol PM and take half of teh suggested dose

Alright, create an enjoyable senerio in your head, and in that create as many details as you want. (Useally, I put myself in one of my favorite books) If you keep it up, you'll fall asleep, and as a bonus you'll probably dream about your senerio!
