Our Bassett hound keeps getting heat rash under her front legs. Vet said to keep her 'armpits' cool, but we have to take her out a few times a day. Any Ideas?

put a cold wash cloth on her before and after she goes out.

try a hydrocortisone spray for dogs it helps mine
