The plan is to investigate and collect all the answers we can. Why would we need a plan B?
Science doesn't try to disprove God. Science tries to find the truth...it doesn't take someone eles word (an unknown author's at that!) as granted fact.
PLATO - GREATWHITE: Most of us do not decide what we find to be likely based upon fear. Are you afraid of damnation because you're not Muslim!?! Of course not, you believe what you find to be most likely. The question that most Christians are terrified to ask is why they believe it.

It seems you have a tendency to link agnosticism and atheism with evolution. Evolution do not disprove god, it only disprove god to some christians who want to take the Bible accounts as literal history. The biggest christian denomination, that is catholicism, accepts evolution.
Now, Plan A? Plan B? You make it sounds as if atheism was supported in evolution, atheism is older than evolution and older than christianity. There are millions of things man is trying to explain, and when the search of an explanation fails, the Plan B is always "I don't know, lets try from another angle". What else can you expect? To base our knowledge in ancient myths and stop looking for answers? Do you think that's how vaccines were developed?
Anyway, some mechanisms of evolutions are not accepted as fact yet, most aspects of the theory are accepted as fact already. And being a "theory", if you know what "theory" means in science, says a lot about the development of "evolution", there might be corrections, but it's not very likely they'll step back to "spontaneous generation" levels.
I'm optimistic in a sense that a lot of religions, including some christians branchs, accept evolution in a way they do not obstruct the development of the theory and that they won't need a Plan B in case the evolution becomes a natural law.

Why do people always assume that science has this vendetta against religion? Sure, scientists probably don't appreciate the uninformed opinions of religious bigots who are trying to discredit them, but they're not out to disprove God or religion. They are merely trying to find the truth in a non-biased, neutral fashion, based on what is observable by human beings. Why is this such a bad approach? I don't get it.
And people can yell "why can't you just have FAITH?!" all they want, but the problem with faith is that since there's no tangible evidence readily available to back it up, it can be used to justify just about any belief, no matter how ridiculous or dangerous. Hell, some schmuck can say "I must kill all women because that's what God told me to do! I must do this because I have faith in God!"
So, here's the deal: your "plan A" doesn't exist. We're not waiting around to see if science disproves God, because we're not trying to disprove God.
Because there is no plan A, why would we need a plan B? Are we all going to hell because we think we should find out the answers for ourselves? Boy, that's a LOUSY reason to be condemned. If God is really that loving, he wouldn't be that petty.

Simply put from my perspective. 1. IF there is a god I will have to expirience this as a relationship with god. 2. I can't find God in nature by trying to explain the origin because science will always come up with better explanations. and then intellectually I will say thats not God. This is what happened to me last week I said what happened before the Big Bang. Some would say God. I say what happens when science has an answer, then its not God anymore right?
So if there is a God I'm not going to find it intellectually or with the game of what happened before.

Wow.. what a great point! That's brilliant!
They have a theory, we have a theory, everyone has a theory.
And if true believers are correct, then our "theory" will be proven correct at the time of our death. It is HIGHLY unlikely that science will prove beyond any doubt the theory of evolution prior to anyone's death. It's just not plausible.
So, the choice isn't to seek scientific evidence, and it isn't even to believe something blindly.
The choice that faces those of us alive on this earth today is this:
Given all the facts one way or another, would you choose to NOT believe and hope you are right; that death is the great "nothing" so what you believe doesn't matter anyway.
Or will you choose TO BELIEVE. I mean heck, it's your soul; if Christians are wrong then we're all just going to "shut down" at the event of our death like the atheists say we will. But if Christians are right, yikes for the non-believer.

Agnostic. I think my plan B is to wait and see what happens after I die. How u know God didn't create the universe life etc using evolution? I agree evolution doesn't explain everything but there is evidence there.

I don't care to prove or disprove god or any other religious figure with science. Just because I'm agnostic or atheist does not mean I want to use science or math or history or anything to disprove that idea. I just don't belive in your God or that Jesus was any more than a man. I plan to live my life to it's fullest and be content on my death bed.

Your personal incredulity does not disprove evolution. Your previous answers and questions demonstrate that you do not even understand the theory of evolution and its implications. If you want to be taken seriously, try educating yourself a little.

No Plan A or B here. Or C....or D....or F....or....
Science does not try to disprove OR prove "god". I never felt science was trying to do one or the other when it comes to "god"'s existence.
