Breaded Meatballs
Ingredients:
3 slices bread (torn or cut into pieces)
1 cup milk
1 lb hamburger
2 eggs
salt & pepper to taste
Onion or onion flakes (to taste)
Cream of chicken soup
Directions:
Tear or cut the bread into pieces.
Mix with milk to let the bread absorb the milk.
Add hamburger, eggs, salt, pepper, and onion to the bread and mix well.
Shape into 1-1½" balls and then roll in flour.
Brown in bacon fat or oil.
Place in 9x13 pan and pour cream of chicken soup (that has been mixed with 1/4 - 1/2 can of water) over top of meatballs.
Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 45 min. (at least - maybe an hour)
Just make sure the meatballs are cooked all the way through

Mix new ingredients inside the burger. This is an easy way to spice up your burger-----put feta in it, or put chopped onions in it with Worchester sauce.
Or even try different recipes such as Hamburger Green Bean Casserole
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 egg
1 pound ground beef
salt and pepper
1 16 ounce can green beans
Mix 1/4 cup of the mushroom soup with the rest of the ingredients. Line a small casserole with this mixture like a pie shell. Mix remaining soup with green beans and fill center of casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
Or even this: Hamburger Rice Skillet
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, sliced into rings
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup medium grain rice
1 16 ounce can tomatoes, cut up
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/2 teaspoon dry basil, crushed
In skillet cook beef, onion, pepper, garlic until browned; drain. Add rice; cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Add undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, basil, 1 1/2 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir occasionally. Serves 4 to 6.

The only good thing I know to do with hamburgers is eat them. I guess you could try to make some freaky new abstract art using the burgers or something. But I'm not sure. I think the best thing to do with them is just to eat them.

Make meatloaf, meatballs, or try stuffing the meat in manicotti shells and topping it with a zesty Italian sauce.
