does anyone know a recipe for fried broccoli like you get at Red Lobster when you order fried calamari?

i am not sure what they use, but here is what i use and so easy.
buy a box of tempura batter mix. all you do is add a cup of cold water or substitute beer and walla you have beer batter.
we usually do chicken, broccoli, onions, cauliflower, mushrooms, eggplant the possibilities are endless.
toss a little parsley & mrs. dash in the batter.
