Because it's a natural thing it's very healthy for guys and girls to masturbate if you ask someone if they do and they say no there lying, everyone does it now and then. It's not a big deal honestly.

I have the same problem. Right now I keep myself away from anything that might make me want to do it and I would keep myself in public where I would have people watching me. Keep wourself surrounded by others and doing stuff with them. It will keep you focus off masturbating and more on your family. You'll also become closer to them. At least that's what I do, and it's working so far. Also pray to God to help you stop. Good Luck!

There is nothing the matter with self stimulation ... every one does it, but in "Western" society, (I.e., Europe, and US) it's considered a nono. Get over it. Self pleasure is natural. Read a book called "For Each Other" and "For Yourself" by Lonnie Barbach. She's the top sex therapist in the country. Get them and other writings by her cheap on Amazon.com. You'll learn alot, and most of all, you'll get over the stupid idea that it is wrong.
