Pakistan is a country like any other. The few people I have met from there were nice. It is also a nuclear power that has a long standing border dispute with it's neighbor India, which is also a nuclear power. Let us hope that good sense and responsible leadership prevail.

In less than 10 years Pervez Musharraf will be a name like Saddam Hussein or Osama bin Laden. Just another violent murderer that shakes hands with Rummie... they are all pals.
As far as the people of Pakistan... get out of Indian Kashmir. Thats all I can say. Besides that go in peace.

this is complicated for me. i am muslim so i generally don't dislike and am not scared of other muslim countries. and i am also from india, and since pakistan was india before i still tend to think of pakistan as india and that makes things complicated.

its dangerous. i know a person from that country, and the only reason she went back there and left the states is because it was her home, despite the major problems that it has.

Never been there. I'm sure it has a rich cultural heritage, but right now it is full of crazies.
