Theres nothing, you need to eat little and often or your body will go into survival mode and hang onto every calorie which will make it even harder to lose weight. Little and often keeps your metabolism high.
Before training - something light but digestable, a banana is good.
To burn off stubborn last pounds - boost your training - lengthen your CV sessions, try some intervals/hills. Examine your diet for saboteurs like fizzy drinks, mayonnaise etc and eliminate.

it is not good to go all day without eating, even if you want to lose weight. try doing the little steps you see on the tv commercials...like taking the stairs, ride your bike instead of car. eat granola and drink some orange juice or apple juice. something healthy.

Branflakes are my favourite, they stop you getting hungry. I kind of crave them. In fact, I'm gonna go get some now.
