2 x 2litre cartons of fruit juice [eg; orange, apple,grapefruit], into a demi-john.Dissolve 500g granulated sugar in 1 litre boiling water, pour into demi john [with fruit juice]. top up to neck with cold water, then add 1 teaspoon wine yeast, or a sachet, bung and airlock in the top and leave for 3 weeks in a warm place, [immersion cupboard]. After 3 weeks it should stop bubbling and then add a sachet of wine stabiliser and wine finings to clear. Leave in a cold place for wine to clear about a week, then bottle.

The Intranet , go to ask .com and put in How to make wine and it will tell you.. Or go into a book shop and look up wine makeing, or even go into a wine and beer home brew shop ..and ask them they will advise you.. hope this helps you..

yah some people can make it at home--but as i didt drink--I dont know.Sorry i cant help you.
