Yeah! Full English is the way to go... Don't forget the fried bread.

Traditionally a good old fry up is great!

However, that's not particularly good for you.

The best bet is to replace the nutrients lost by way of dehydration to your body and brain and to sustain you for the day ahead as well.

Try using a juice extractor and juice the following:

4 carrots
2 apples
1 stick celery
2 oranges
1/2 a cucumber
3 peaches

Drink the juice then enjoy a nice mug of coffee and a glass of milk.

You'll feel better after all that, believe!

I have to eat lots when I have a hangover, if I am really bad I have to have toast, almost burnt with no butter and lots of marmite, with lots of sweet, milky tea. If it is not so bad then grilled sausages, toast, and spaghetti hoops, I don't know why that works, it just does! Then I start on the family size packets of crisps, lol, you may think I am a lady of size but I promise you, this is the only time I eat like that and I don't get drunk that often, not even once a month so I don't think it's that bad really!! Watermelon is also a good one, coz it's so refreshing and easy on the stomach.

Toast and jam with a packet of crisps and a slice of cheese. A drink of milk then copious amounts of water throughout the day. Or a fry up, if you can be bothered!

A good English Breakfast... but NOT fried... Grill it (apart from your egg of course) and it is less likely to come back up. Lots of Carbs seems the way to go...
